Fresh apple puree turns into a smooth, naturally sweet snack or drink base that feels light, fruity, and perfect for quick summer cravings without needing artificial flavours or preservatives.
2 peeled and chopped apples ½ cup water 1 teaspoon honey ½ teaspoon lemon juice
Peel the apples, remove the seeds, and chop them into small pieces for faster cooking.
Add the apples and water to a pan and cook until the fruit becomes soft and tender.
Let the cooked apples cool slightly before transferring them to a blender.
Blend the mixture with honey and lemon juice until smooth and creamy.
Serve fresh immediately, or chill the apple puree before enjoying.
