4 potatoes 2 tomatoes 1 cup peas Water, salt as needed 1 tbsp oil 2 green chillies 1 tsp grated ginger 1 tsp cumin, chilli powder ½ tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp coriander powder ½ tsp garam masala ½ tsp amchur powder 1 tbsp coriander leaves
Blend green chillies, tomatoes, and ginger in a blender.
Heat oil in a pressure cooker, add cumin seeds and turmeric powder.
After 20 seconds, pour the tomato puree and cook it.
Add all the powdered spices after a couple of minutes.
When the oil is released, add salt, potatoes, and peas. Seal the cooker.
After 2 whistles, serve the curry with fluffy puri.
