Aloo gobi paratha is everyone’s favourite for its subtle sweetness and wholesome nature. It is a perfect breakfast recipe to keep you satiated and energetic throughout the day. Try this easy recipe.
2 boiled potatoes ½ kg gobi Salt to taste 2 cups atta Water as needed 3-4 tbsp butter 2 chopped green chillies ¼ tsp pepper 2 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp roasted cumin powder 1/2 tsp red chilli powder ¼ tsp turmeric powder
Knead the atta using water and a pinch of salt.
Grate gobi on a plate and roast it in a kadhai with oil and powdered spices.
Add mashed potatoes to gobi and stir the ingredients.
Make small pedas of this blend and seal them into small atta discs.
Roll parathas and spread them on a hot griddle.
After cooking with butter, enjoy gobi parathas with chutney and raita.
