Aloo chana chaat is a tangy, spicy North Indian street snack made with potatoes, chickpeas, chutneys, and spices. It’s quick to assemble and full of crunch and flavour.
1 cup boiled chickpeas 1 cup boiled potatoes (cubed) 2 tbsp green chutney 2 tbsp tamarind chutney ½ tsp chaat masala Salt to taste Chopped onions, coriander, and sev for garnish
Combine boiled chickpeas and potatoes in a large mixing bowl.
Add green and tamarind chutneys, along with salt and chaat masala.
Toss everything well until evenly coated. Garnish with onion, coriander, and sev, and serve immediately.
