Who does not like chaat? If you are from Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, or Madhya Pradesh, chaat dishes are not just snacks but have an emotional connection. They not only satisfy hunger but also cravings and make you feel content. Replicate the recipe for aloo chaat at home.
2 potatoes Salt to taste 2 tbsp green chutney 1-inch ginger julienne 1 tbsp pomegranate seeds 1 tbsp grated radish Oil for shallow frying Chaat masala 2 tsp coriander leaves
Dice potatoes and semi-boil them in salted water.
Remove them, drain excess water, and shallow fry them.
Cook them until they are brown and crispy.
Take out the potato cubes in a bowl and toss them with chaat masala.
Top them with green chutney, ginger, and radish.
Garnish with coriander leaves and pomegranate seeds before serving.
