Quinoa patties, made with millet is a super healthy snack that can be quickly whipped up in an air fry. Just follow this easy recipe by Anita Aahara and you’ll get crispy patties right at your home.
1 cup quinoa 1/2 cup chopped mix vegetable (carrot, capsicum, onion, cabbage) 1/4 cup chopped fresh garlic 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp gram flour 1 tbsp red chilli powder 1 tsp garam masala 1 tsp cumin powder Coriander leaves as required Salt to taste
Wash quinoa with water and a pinch of salt, and ensure the water gets absorbed.
Cook the quinoa and mix it with chopped vegetables.
Add the fresh garlic leaves and coriander leaves, and mix well.
Grease palms with oil and start making round patties. Grease the air fry basket with oil.
Arrange the patties gently into the basket and air fry for 20 minutes. Serve hot.
