1 cup sabudana 2 boiled potatoes 1/2 cup roasted peanuts 2-3 green chillies 1 inch ginger 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves 1 teaspoon cumin seeds Rock salt to taste Oil for brushing
Rinse and soak sabudana till soft. Drain excess water.
Mix sabudana with potatoes, peanuts, chillies, ginger, lemon juice, cumin, coriander, and rock salt.
Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into patties. Brush them with a little oil.
Air fry in batches and serve the crispy vadas with a chutney.
