Samosa is one of the go-to snacks that is paired with a hot cup of chai. To give the usual Punjabi street food a twist, you can add some cheese, air fry in batches, and serve with your favourite chutney.
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese 1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup sweet corn 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder 1 cup all-purpose flour 1/4 cup vegetable oil Salt to taste Water (as needed) Vegetable oil for frying
Mix boiled sweet corn, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, red chilli powder, and salt.
Next, make the dough for samosa by combining flour, salt, and oil. Knead till smooth.
Take small portions, roll them into thin circles, place a spoonful of filling in the centre, and fold them into cones.
Seal with water and flour. Repeat with other circles cut out from the dough.
Heat some oil and deep-fry the samosas till they are crispy.
Serve with tamarind and coriander chutney, and enjoy the cheese samosa.
