Weekends call for family gatherings with servings of hot chai and crispy munchies. To cut the carbs out, you can make air-fried beetroot cutlets. Filled with nutrition, they are crunchy and require minimal oil.
2 beetroots 1/2 cup peas 1 onion 1 green chilli 1 teaspoon ginger 1 teaspoon jeera 1 teaspoon coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder Salt to taste 1 tablespoon besan Oil for frying
Boil beetroots and peas. Mash them together.
Chop onion, green chilli and ginger and mix with mashed vegetables.
Mix in besan, cumin seeds, coriander powder, red chilli powder, and salt.
Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into cutlets.
Preheat your air fryer, then air-fry the beetroot cutlets until crispy. Serve hot with chutney.
