Raw mangoes meet cooling spices in this punchy aam panna, delivering that instant thand ka hit on a scorching day, with sweet, tangy, and salty notes dancing in every chilled glass.
2 raw mangoes 3 tbsp sugar ½ tsp black salt ½ tsp roasted cumin powder 8 mint leaves 2 cups water Salt to taste
Boil raw mangoes until soft, peel them, and collect the pulp in a bowl.
Blend pulp with sugar, mint leaves, black salt, and salt until smooth.
Add roasted cumin powder and mix well for flavour.
Pour in water and stir until well combined.
Chill and serve cold with mint leaves on top.
