Do you love to drink aam panna to beat the summer? With this recipe for concentrated aam panna, you don’t have to make the beverage from scratch every day. Just follow this recipe and enjoy aam panna.
1 kg raw mangoes 1.5 kg water 2 kg sugar 1 tablespoon black pepper 1 tablespoon black salt 1 tablespoon roasted cumin powder 1 tablespoon dry mint leaves 0.5 teaspoon sodium benzoate Salt to taste
Rinse the mangoes and boil them in a pressure cooker.
Once cooled, peel the skin and mash the mangoes.
Make a sugar syrup with water and sugar. Add it to the mashed mangoes.
Mix in salt, black pepper, black salt, cumin powder, mint leaves, and sodium benzoate.
Transfer to an air-tight container and enjoy aam panna throughout summer.
