Pancakes are a renowned breakfast staple across the world. Although most people follow the American version, a lot of variations can be made of pancakes. This is a 3-ingredient recipe which is easy and quick to make.
1 cup all-purpose flour 2 eggs 1 cup milk Salt, optional Sugar, as needed
In a mixing bowl, add the flour. Crack open the eggs.
Add the milk slowly. Start mixing it to avoid lumps.
Add salt and sugar as needed and keep mixing.
Whisk the batter into the required consistency.
Allow the batter to rest for 10-15 minutes. This helps the batter to rise, making the outcome of your pancakes fluffier.
Heat oil in a pan. Cook the batter on both sides for 30 - 20 seconds each. Remove from heat.
If you’re cooking pancakes in multiple batches, keep them warm until serving to make sure they are enjoyed at their best.
You can do this by placing cooked pancakes on a baking sheet in a preheated oven set at a low temperature of around 90°C.
