Lassis are made with ingredients like curd, full cream, a perfect balance of sugar, garnished with dry fruits and a dash of cardamom powder to enhance the taste. In the summer, India drinks mango lassi made with fresh mangoes, giving the drink a refreshing tropical touch!
3 mangoes 1 cup curd 4 tbsp sugar ½ tsp almonds, sliced ½ tsp pistachios, sliced ½ tsp cashew nuts, sliced
Chop the mangoes into cubes. Blend the mango cubes in a blender and make their puree.
Now add curd, sugar and 10-12 ice cubes to the jar, blend it all.
Pour out the lassi in a big glass. Garnish it with dry fruits of your choice
The mango lassi is ready to be served. This recipe is loved by children and adults alike.
