A cheesy paneer wrap is filled with a flavourful mixture of paneer, spices, and vegetables, creating a filling and protein-packed lunch. The wrap can be enjoyed as a lunch or dinner alternative and is also ideal for picnics or packed lunches.
200 grams of paneer, cubed 1 bell pepper, sliced 1 onion, sliced 1 tomato, sliced 2 tablespoons of yoghurt 1 teaspoon of ginger-garlic paste ½ teaspoon of turmeric powder 1 teaspoon of red chilli powder ½ teaspoons of cumin seeds
½ teaspoon of garam masala 2-4 pieces of lettuce leaves Jalapenos, optional Cheese, optional Salt to taste Tortillas as needed
In a bowl, mix yoghurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, and salt.
Add paneer cubes to the marinade and let it sit for 15-20 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
Add bell peppers and tomatoes. Cook until they become slightly tender.
Add marinated paneer and cook for a few minutes until the paneer is cooked through.
Warm the tortillas. Place the lettuce, cheese, paneer and the vegetable filling in the centre.
Roll the tortilla to form a wrap. Heat it again for a few seconds. Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
