Do you love Mysore pak? There's no reason why you can't make it at home. The South Indian dessert has a unique texture which often intimidates beginners. However, its recipe is quite easy.
3 cups of sugar 3 cups of ghee 3 cups of water 1 cup of gram flour
In a pot, add 3 cups of water and 3 cups of sugar.
Boil until the sugar is dissolved completely.
Then add 1 cup of gram flour. Combine the sugar syrup.
Cook until the gram flour is aromatic.
Once the mix is thick in consistency, add 3 cups of ghee in small quantities and mix.
Take a tray and grease it with ghee. Add the gram flour mix to the tray and let it set.
Once the mix is completely cooled and hardened, cut into pieces and serve on a plate.
