Chia seeds are a great way to add nutrition. These tiny seeds pack a big punch when it comes to health benefits. This summer, try these eight refreshing coolers to beat the heat:  

Chia Limeade

Mix chia seeds into lime juice, water, and sweetener of choice for a tangy, hydrating drink. Garnish with lime wedges. 

Chia Fruit Smoothies 

Blend chia seeds with frozen fruit, yoghurt, and milk or juice for a creamy, protein-packed smoothie.  

Chia Coconut Water  

Stir chia seeds into coconut water and refrigerate overnight so they plump up. Add fresh mint for an extra pop of flavour.  

Chia Tea

Steep chia seeds in chilled tea like hibiscus, black, or green tea. The seeds will absorb the tea, creating a fun beverage.
