Snacks don’t need to be cooked using fire. You can prepare delicious finger foods without your stovetop. This is a short guide to sort evening plans and not stress too much, even if your munchkin is a picky eater.
You can also spread peanut butter on a whole-wheat bread slice, top with banana slices, and roll it up.
In a food processor, blend pitted dates, nuts, oats, and a touch of cocoa powder or shredded coconut until a sticky dough forms. Roll into small balls.
Thread colourful chunks of fruit (grapes, melon, strawberries, apples, pineapple). Sprinkle chaat masala and a squeeze of lime.

Whisk chia seeds with milk and a touch of honey or maple syrup. Let it sit in the fridge overnight or for at least 3-4 hours until it thickens.
