Combine the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in a bowl and whisk. Add the egg and milk. Stir everything until smooth.
Pour the dough into a tall glass and refrigerate until ready to use. Place the cheese sticks on bamboo or wooden skewers.
Sprinkle with flour and place in the freezer for at least 5-10 minutes. Heat cooking oil to 350 ° F. Dip the cheese stick slices in the cold dough. Cover it.
