From summer to spring, pyaaz pakoras are staples in Indian households. They are the perfect evening snack to serve with a hot cup of tea or coffee. Moreover, they are delicious and fulfilling, not to mention the ease with which you can cook them.
2 cups besan 1.5 tsp salt 2 sliced onions 1-2 chopped green chillies ½ tsp grated ginger 1 tsp chopped garlic Oil for frying Water as needed 1 tsp red chilli powder
Take two onions, peel their skins, and slice them.
In a bowl, add besan and spices.
After mixing dry ingredients, add pyaaz, garlic, ginger, and green chillies.
Pour some water and prepare a thick batter.
While the oil heats in a kadhai, let the onions sit in the batter.
Drop a small amount of batter into hot oil and fry pyaaz pakoras until crispy.
