Sprout salad is an ideal breakfast if you want to incorporate fibre and protein into your diet. Loaded with vegetables, this is ideal for managing PCOS, diabetes, and many other lifestyle-related diseases.
¾ cups moong beans 1 tomato 1 onion 1 carrot ¼ cup cucumber 1 small green chilli Salt as needed 2 tbsp coriander ¼ tsp chaat masala 1 tbsp lemon juice
Rinse vegetables and chop them.
Toss vegetables with salt, spices, and sprouts.
Add a drizzle of lemon juice on the top.
Add coriander leaves for the garnish.
You can also add boiled potatoes to the salad.
Enjoy the fresh salad.
