Overnight oats are a perfect breakfast option for working professionals because it helps them get rid of the hassle of making a meal in the morning. Just cut a few fresh fruits or top the dish with berries, and you are good to go.
1 tbsp chia seeds A pinch of salt ½ cup rolled oats ⅔ unsweetened milk ½ tsp maple syrup/ honey ½ cup hung curd Slices of fruits Berries
Take a mason jar with a lid and add chia seeds and oats to it.
Top the ingredients with dairy or vegan milk along with salt, maple syrup, and hung curd.
Combine the ingredients well and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, slice the fruits of your choice.
Arrange the fruits on the top of the jar along with berries.
Drizzle maple syrup or honey on the top and enjoy.
