6-Step No Onion, Paneer Lababdar Guide To Serve With Rice

Paneer lababdar is a delicious and smooth paneer gravy. It is known for its creamy texture and the softest cubes of paneer immersed in it. Here is how to make it without onion and garlic.

Ingredients

4-5 tomatoes Water, salt as needed 2 green chillies 1 tbsp butter 1 tsp cumin seeds 1 red chilli 2-inch ginger 0.5 tbsp watermelon seeds 7-8 cashews 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 2 tsp kasuri methi 1 tsp coriander powder ½ tsp garam masala 150-180 grams of paneer 2 tbsp fresh cream 1 tbsp coriander leaves

Step 1

Boil diced tomatoes, chillies, cashews, ginger, and watermelon seeds in a cup of water.

Step 2

After 10 minutes of boiling, cool it down and blend into a smooth paste.

Step 3

Heat butter in a pan and sprinkle cumin seeds, turmeric powder, and kasuri methi.

Step 4

After a minute of sauteing, pour the tomato puree and add powdered spices.

Step 5

Cook for a few minutes and fold in soft paneer cubes into the gravy.

Step 6

Garnish it with fresh cream and coriander leaves. Enjoy it with rice.
