A mushroom sandwich is a meaty addition to the breakfast spread, especially if you are a vegan or vegetarian exploring new options. This sandwich is wholesome, oozes flavours, and satisfies hunger. Check out the recipe.
4 bread slices 2 garlic cloves 1 tbsp butter 1 cup mushrooms 1 tsp chilli flakes 1 medium onion ½ cup mozzarella cheese 1 tsp dried herbs Salt to taste 1 tbsp oil
Heat a pan with oil in it and saute garlic and onions.
Sauté mushrooms until they are crunchy and cooked.
Add butter and turn off the flame.
Sprinkle chilli flakes, dry herbs, salt, and cheese.
Layer this blend between slices of bread.
Grill the sandwiches and enjoy the breakfast.
