½ cup water 5 cups soy milk 1.5 tbsp lemon juice
Combine water and lemon juice in a jug and keep the solution aside.
Heat soy milk until it comes to a boil.
Pour the solution into the milk, turn off the heat, and stir for a couple of minutes.
The solution will start coagulating. Leave it for a few minutes, and you will see milk solids.
Strain the blend through a muslin cloth and drain the excess water.
Let the solids combine to form a block of tofu. Refrigerate it and use it in gravies and salads.
