Navratri celebrations are just a few days away, people are preparing for a fasting feast and looking for sattvic recipes. Tapioca pearls emerge as the most sought-after ingredient during this time. Here is how to make kheer using sabudana.
4-6 soaked almonds 4-5 tbsp small sago 130ml water A pinch of cinnamon 1 tbsp jaggery 45ml milk
Heat milk in a heavy-bottomed pan.
Add sago and cook it until they are transparent.
Add cinnamon powder, water, and jaggery.
Cook the ingredients for a while until the blend turns aromatic.
Top it with almonds, cashews, and raisins. Chill it before serving.
