Kacche kele ki tikki is a delicious snack or breakfast recipe, rich in potassium and fibre. Boiled raw bananas are steamed and turned into cutlets that can be served with green chutney or transformed into chaat. Check out the recipe.
2 chopped green chillies 2 raw bananas 1 onion ½ tsp garam masala 2 tbsp besan, oil Salt to taste ¼ tsp turmeric 1 tsp cumin seeds 1 tsp red chilli powder 2 tbsp coriander leaves, rava 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
Mash steamed bananas and mix them with besan.
Cook onion with powdered spices and cumin seeds.
Add this blend to the banana mix and mix the ingredients along with coriander leaves.
Shape the mixture into cutlets and coat them with rava.
Shallow-fry tikkis in oil until each side turns golden brown and crispy.
Serve with curd, green chutney, and tamarind chutney.
