In summer or winter, Indians love their tea in all weather. But it tastes extra special in the monsoon season just because it allows you 10-15 minutes of peace to enjoy the showers. Learn how to make masala chai at home.
4 cardamoms 2 cloves 1-inch cinnamon 2 peppercorn 2 cups water 1.5 cups milk 3 tsp tea leaves Sugar as needed ½-inch ginger
Boil water in a saucepan.
Add sugar, spices, ginger, and tea leaves to it.
When the mixture turns aromatic and black, add milk.
Let the ingredients simmer for 3-5 minutes.
Keep the flame high, and bring chai to a boil a few times.
Strain it through a sieve and enjoy.
