Methi paratha is a nutritious breakfast choice and hardly takes any time to prepare. It’s like the fried eggs and toast combo of Indian kitchens. Follow this six-step guide to make it at home.
1 cup atta 1 cup chopped methi Salt to taste 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 tbsp curd Water as needed Ghee as needed 1 tsp ajwain
Sprinkle salt, ajwain, and red chilli powder over atta.
Add a tablespoon of ghee and curd and mix the ingredients well.
Fold in methi and knead a soft dough using water.
Take a small amount of this dough and roll it into a paratha.
Apply ghee on the edges while roasting the paratha on a tawa.
Serve methi paratha with raita and pickles.
