Egg fried rice is a healthy preparation that helps you utilise cooked rice in the refrigerator. It is a protein and fibre-loaded dish that can be prepared in just 10 minutes. Check out the recipe because you will be replicating it quite a few times in a week.
2 cups cooked rice 2 eggs Salt, pepper to taste 1 tbsp butter 1 onion ½ cup capsicum, grated carrot ½ cup French beans, cabbage 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 tbsp soy sauce, chilli sauce 1 slit green chilli 1 tsp ginger, garlic 1 tbsp green onion 1 tbsp coriander leaves
Heat the butter and saute all the vegetables in it. Keep the flame high.
When vegetables are cooked, pour the whisked eggs.
Cook them until they are scrambled and start turning slightly brown.
Add pepper, chilli powder, and sauce.
Fold in cooked rice and toss the ingredients together.
Turn off the flame and garnish the dish with green onions and coriander leaves.
