6-Step Chicken Keema Recipe For Meat Lovers

Ingredients

500g chicken mince 2 tbsp oil 1 onion, cinnamon stick 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste 2 green chillies, cardamom 1 large tomato, bay leaf 1 cinnamon stick (1-inch piece) 4-5 cloves ½ tsp cumin seeds, turmeric 1 tsp chilli powder, cumin 1½ teaspoons coriander powder 1 tsp garam masala Salt to taste

Step 1

Heat the oil and add the whole spices to the pan.

Step 2

After 30 seconds, add the finely chopped onions and ginger-garlic paste.

Step 3

Once they are cooked, add tomato puree and powdered spices.

Step 4

Add the chicken mince to the pan and cook on a medium flame.

Step 5

Once the meat is half-cooked, reduce the flame to low. Cook for 10-15 minutes.

Step 6

Finish the dish with garam masala and top it with coriander leaves.
