An avocado sandwich is a quick snack you can prepare at home with no pretentious ingredients and heavy appliances. The humble green fruit can be easily transformed into a filling snack. Follow this guide.
1 tsp green chillies 1 avocado ⅓ cup chopped onions ½ tsp pepper 1 garlic clove 2 coriander leaves Salt as needed ½ tbsp lemon juice 2 tsp olive oil 8 bread slices
Peel and chop an avocado and add it to a bowl.
Add chillies, onions, pepper, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and coriander leaves.
Mash and mix ingredients using a fork until you have a smooth blend.
Spread it over a slice of bread and cover it with another.
Grease a grill pan with butter and toast the sandwich.
Cut the sandwich in half and enjoy it with chutney or ketchup.
