Aam panna is a summer drink that celebrates mangoes while hydrating your body. It has spices and salt that make it taste delicious. Here is a recipe for this refreshing drink that no mango lover should miss.

Ingredients

2 cups water 2 mangoes 1 tsp cardamom powder 1.5 cups sugar 2 tsp black salt ¼ tsp black pepper 1 tsp cumin powder 1 litre chilled water 2-3 mint leaves

Step 1

Rinse mangoes, peel them, and boil them in a pressure cooker for 2 whistles.

Step 2

Pour the content out through a strainer and mash the mangoes to extract even the last drop.

Step 3

Boil water and add sugar to it. When the sugar dissolves, add mango extract.

Step 4

Add salt, pepper, cumin powder, and cardamom powder. Cook for another 3-4 minutes.

Step 5

Aam panna mix is ready. Let it cool off and store it in the fridge in a clean container.

Step 6

Add a tablespoon of aam panna in a glass, top it with chilled water, and garnish with mint leaves.
