Are you struggling to make yourself a hearty breakfast every morning? Do you settle on instant noodles or some sugary snacks on your way to work? Consider making breakfasts that can be made the night before or at least prepped the night before. Here are some breakfast ideas which can save you a lot of time!

Overnight Oats

Combine rolled oats with your choice of milk (dairy or plant-based), yogurt, chia seeds, fruits, and sweeteners in a jar or container. Let it sit in the refrigerator overnight, and in the morning, you have a delicious and nutritious breakfast ready to eat.

Egg Muffins

Whisk eggs with vegetables (such as spinach, bell peppers, onions, and tomatoes), cheese, and seasonings. Pour the mixture into muffin tins and bake until set. These egg muffins can be stored in the refrigerator or freezer and reheated in the microwave for a quick breakfast.

Breakfast Burritos

Fill whole wheat tortillas with scrambled eggs, cooked bacon or sausage, cheese, and vegetables. Wrap them tightly in foil or parchment paper and store them in the refrigerator or freezer. Reheat in the microwave or oven before enjoying.

Chia seed pudding

Mix chia seeds with your choice of milk and sweetener in a jar or container. Let it sit in the refrigerator overnight to thicken. In the morning, top with fruits, nuts, or granola for added flavor and texture.

Breakfast casserole

Prepare a breakfast casserole by layering bread cubes, cooked breakfast meats (like sausage or bacon), vegetables, and cheese in a baking dish. Whisk together eggs and milk, then pour the mixture over the casserole. Cover and refrigerate overnight, then bake it in the morning.

Baked breakfast sandwiches

Assemble breakfast sandwiches using English muffins or bagels, cooked eggs, cheese, and breakfast meats (such as ham or turkey bacon). Wrap each sandwich tightly in foil or parchment paper and store them in the refrigerator or freezer.
