Holi is a festival of colour that also marks the shift from spring to scorching summers. Therefore, traditional beverages are prepared to offer respite from the heat while playing with colours. Here are a few creations you must enjoy this Holi.
In many parts of India, raw mangoes are available using which you can prepare aam panna. It is sour, sweet, spicy, and boasts a delicious taste.
If you like tangy drinks, prepare jaljeera. You will need mint, cumin, ginger, lemon, and coriander. It also acts as a palate cleanser.
