As soon as kids spot the green colour on their plate, they run away and start throwing tantrums. But if you play around with green ingredients, you can make snack time fun and full of nutrition. Check out some snacks your child will love.
Easy to prepare, cucumber sandwiches can be served to kids in the evening. They are lightweight and hydrating.
Put all the green vegetables and citrusy fruits in a blender and make a delicious smoothie. Your kids will never know what’s in it.
While hummus is traditionally made from chickpeas, you can also use green peas to make the spread and serve it with millet lavash.
Turn the leaves of kale into crispy chips and serve with salsa or any other dip that your babies love to pair with crackers.
The easiest green snack is grapes. You can add them to custard, parfait, or other desserts and make them nutritious and kid-friendly.
You can cut zucchini into long strips and bake them until crispy. Dip them in maida slurry and breadcrumbs before baking to achieve the desired texture.
