Sweet potato, also called shakarkandi, is a naturally sweet vegetable that provides fibre, slow-release carbs and useful nutrients such as vitamin A. If you are also looking for healthy munching ideas, these sweet potato snacks can turn shakarkandi into delectable bites that feel satisfying, filling and far more sumptuous than the plain boiled cubes.
