From sambars to dals, curry leaves are one of the most frequently used ingredients in an Indian kitchen. And the best part is, you can grow a curry leaf plant in your garden. Just follow these tips.
You can grow the plant from either seeds or cuttings. Since seeds take longer, if available, choose cuttings to get a healthy plant.
Curry leaves plants need a lot of sunlight. So, ensure that you put it in a place that gets direct sunlight.
Remember not to overwater your curry leaves plant, as it has a moderate water requirement.
To keep the plant healthy, add balanced fertilisers during the growing seasons, i.e., summer and spring.
Prune and trim the branches and leaves regularly to get rid of any yellow or diseased parts of the plant.
