Here are 5 effective ways on how to store coriander leaves in the fridge to keep them fresh for a longer duration. Each method is ideal for different needs; choose based on how soon the coriander will be used.
Store the washed and dried leaves between layers of paper towel to absorb moisture in an airtight container.
Place the coriander stem in a jar of water, cover the leaves with plastic wrap, and refrigerate to keep them hydrated.
Wrap the coriander leaves in a slightly damp cloth, place them in a bag, and refrigerate them.
Chop the leaves, pack them into cube trays with water or oil and freeze them.
Dry the coriander and place them in a resealable bag, remove excess air and refrigerate.
