Aam panna is an all-time favourite summer beverage. Making the most of the natural sweetness of mangoes without having to start from scratch every day, you can make amm panna concentrate.
1 kg raw mangoes 1.5 kg of water 2 kg sugar 1 tablespoon black pepper 1 tablespoon black salt 1 tablespoon roasted cumin powder 1 tablespoon dry mint leaves 0.5 teaspoon sodium benzoate Salt to taste
Rinse the mangoes and boil them in a pressure cooker.
Once cooled, peel the skin and mash the mangoes.
Make a sugar syrup with water and sugar. Add it to the mashed mangoes.
Mix in salt, black pepper, black salt, cumin powder, mint leaves, and sodium benzoate.
Transfer to an air-tight container and enjoy your aam panna concentrate throughout summer
