Juicy chicken coated in bold spices and fried until golden turns wonderfully crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. Perfect for tea-time cravings, parties, or rainy evenings when you want something hot and delicious fast.
250 g boneless chicken pieces 1 cup gram flour 2 tbsp rice flour 1 tsp ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp chilli powder 1/4 tsp turmeric 1/2 tsp salt 1 chopped green chilli Water as needed Oil for frying
Mix chicken pieces with ginger garlic paste, salt, chilli powder, and turmeric.
Add gram flour, rice flour, green chilli, and a little water to coat well.
Heat the oil in a deep kadai over medium heat until hot.
Drop coated chicken pieces in batches and fry until golden brown.
Remove on tissue paper and serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
