Beetroot Curd Salad is a vibrant and refreshing dish. It is prepared by mixing grated beetroot with some creamy curd and spiced with cumin and chilli. A perfect tangy and nutritious side dish which cannot be missed.
2 boiled and grated beetroots 1 cup curd or yoghurt 1 finely chopped green chilli ½ tsp cumin powder Salt to taste Fresh coriander leaves
Boil, peel and grate the beetroots and let them cool.
Take a bowl and mix curd, salt, cumin powder, and green chilli until it gets smooth.
Add the grated, cooled beetroot to the curd mixture and mix it well.
Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.
Leave it to cool and serve it as a refreshing side dish.
