Garlic powder is one blend that every Indian pantry should stock up on. You can sprinkle it in gravies, dry mixture, salads, and whatnot. It immediately adds a robust note to the dish and elevates the flavour profile.
100 grams of garlic cloves
Chop garlic into fine pieces and spread it on a baking tray.
Dehydrate garlic in the air or use a microwave.
Make sure there is no trace of moisture in it.
Use a food processor to blend dehydrated garlic into a smooth powder.
Store the garlic powder in an airtight jar.
