Paneer paratha is a filling breakfast and dinner recipe. Stuffed with cottage cheese, it is relished by adults and kids alike. Serve it with raita and pickle on the side, and you get a complete meal. Try this recipe.
200g grated paneer 1 tbsp coriander leaves 1 tsp red chilli powder Salt to taste A pinch of pepper 2 tbsp butter Water as needed 2 cups atta
Sprinkle salt over atta and knead it into a soft dough. Keep it aside for the gluten to develop.
Mix paneer with salt, coriander leaves, pepper, and chilli powder.
Take a small amount of dough and stuff it with the paneer mixture.
Roll it into a paratha and roast it on a hot griddle with butter.
When both sides are brown, serve the paratha.
