Paneer sandwich is a protein-rich snack that you can make in under 5 minutes. It is not only nutritious but also delicious and fulfilling, preventing you from indulging in junk food. Check out the recipe.

Ingredients

1 tbsp oil 1 cup paneer 1 tsp garam masala ½ onion, bell pepper Lettuce 2 garlic cloves 8 bread slices ½ tsp chilli powder 2-3 tbsp butter 2 tbsp ketchup 1 tbsp coriander leaves Salt to taste ½-inch ginger 2 tbsp green chutney

Step 1

Heat a tablespoon of butter and saute ginger, garlic, and onion.

Step 2

After a minute, add bell peppers, chilli powder, salt to taste, and crumbled paneer.

Step 3

Top it with coriander leaves after a minute and keep it aside.

Step 4

Roast bread slices in butter until they are brown and crispy.

Step 5

Spread ketchup and coriander chutney on the slices.

Step 6

Layer lettuce leaves and paneer mix, cut the sandwich in half, and serve.
