Too busy to cook? Try this namak ajwain paratha recipe that doesn’t require more than five minutes of your time in the kitchen. You can have it with an achaar or pair it with a leftover sabzi.
2 cups whole wheat flour 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon ajwain (carom seeds) 1/2 cup water 1 tablespoon oil Ghee for cooking
Mix whole wheat flour, salt, and ajwain. Add water and knead a smooth dough.
Let the dough rest for a few hours. Take small portions of the dough and roll into circles.
Heat a tawa, drizzle some ghee and cook the paratha till golden brown on both sides.
Once crispy, serve with chutney or achaar.
