Whether you like to have a smoothie before hitting the gym, after working out, or just to hydrate, a mango smoothie is the best summer option. Thick and naturally sweet, follow this easy mango smoothie recipe.
2 ripe mangoes 1 cup chilled milk ½ cup yoghurt 1-2 tbsp honey or sugar 4-5 ice cubes
Chop the mangoes and mix the pieces with chilled milk, yoghurt and honey or sugar.
Using a hand blender or mixer grinder, blend all the ingredients till smooth.
Add ice cubes and blend again.
Pour the mango smoothie into glasses and enjoy.
