5-Minute Corn Chaat Recipe To Make A Quick And Healthy Snack

Looking for a quick snack that you can munch on whilst working or give your kids between their study sessions? Make corn chaat in just five minutes and snack without the lingering guilt.

Ingredients

2 cups sweet corn kernels ½ onion 1/2 tomato 1/4 cup cucumber 1/4 cup cilantro 1-2 green chillies 1/2 tsp chaat masala 1/4 tsp red chilli powder (optional) 1/4 tsp roasted cumin powder Salt to taste 1 tbsp lime juice Sev and pomegranate seeds for garnish

Step 1

Boil sweet corn kernels and chop all the vegetables.

Step 2

Mix them together and add all the spices and green chillies.

Step 3

Squeeze in lemon juice and toss well. Taste and adjust the seasonings as required.

Step 4

Garnish with sev and pomegranate seeds and enjoy.
