For a crowd favourite, just like the Mumbai Indians, you can make Frankie with Aussie Lamb tossed in tomatoes, onions, and a blend of spices.
To whip up quick rolls, mix the juicy lamb with mustard sauce, mint, parmesan cheese, and chopped veggies.
For a quick Mexican snack, you can make Aussie Lamb tacos. Just take some ground lamb cooked with chipotle sauce, spices, and oregano, and serve it in corn tortillas.
Made with pita bread and healthy hummus, these wraps can be used to make up leftover lamb. Mix the lamb with feta cheese, chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, and onion, and serve.
To add a desi touch to your snack, grill the Aussie Lamb, wrap the crispy tikka with mayo, chopped onion, tomato, and coriander.
