Cucumber is hydrating and a must-have in summer. Its cooling properties can help to regulate the temperature of your body and provide you with vitamins K and C. Check out this easy cucumber sandwich recipe.
1 tbsp butter 4-6 bread slices 1 sliced cucumber ¼ tsp black pepper Salt to taste
Take bread slices and cut the edges.
Spread butter on one slide of every slice.
Layer thin slices of cucumber.
Sprinkle salt and pepper on the top.
Serve and enjoy the sandwich.
