5 High Protein Smoothies For Post-Workout

Smoothies are drinks made with a blend of various fruits, nuts and seeds. In consistency, they are much thinner than shakes, and if made right they can do wonders for weight-loss. 

Blueberry Smoothie

In a mixing jar blend a cup unsweetened almond milk, 1 cup frozen blueberries and 1 scoop vanilla protein powder until smooth. Blueberries and almond milk are excellent weight-loss foods 

PB&J Smoothie

Yes, peanut butter is loaded with protein, and yes, they make great addition to smoothies. Blend unsweetened almond milk, frozen strawberries, peanut butter and you are done.  

Green Smoothie

It’s time to go green and lean. Just throw 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1 frozen banana, 1 cup of baby spinach and 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder in a blender and drink up 

Coffee And Chocolate Smoothie

Fans of both coffee and dark chocolate, here’s good news. Both can help weight loss.  Start blending almond milk, frozen banana, dark chocolate powder, 1 tsp coffee, 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder.  

Flaxseed Smoothie

In a mixer, blend 1 tsp flaxseeds, 1 cup almond milk, 1 frozen banana and drink up the loaded, high-protein goodness.
